Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days once an order has been placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours or more for tracking details to update.
Shipping Location
We only ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping options are Express and Standard Shipping. Express Shipping costs £9 and Standard Shipping costs £6.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within the UK depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Standard Shipping costs £6 and will be delivered within 8-10 business days from dispatch and Express Shipping costs £9 and will be delivered within 4-6 business days from dispatch.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, FYLO is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@for-your-loved-ones.co.uk.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of checkout.
FYLO cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@for-your-loved-ones.co.uk, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
